Health::The miracle Bulb!

In 1919, flu killed 40 million people.

A doctor visited the many farmers who had the attack to see if he could help them combat the flu.

Many of the farmers & their family had contracted the flu and many died.

However, the doctor came upon one farmer whose family was healthy and nobody in the house contracted the flu.

The doctor asked the farmer what he was doing that was different from the others.
The farmer’s wife replied that she put an unpeeled onion in a dish and placed them in all the rooms in their house.

The doctor thought that could have been the cure so he asked for one of those onions.

As he placed it under the microscope, he found the flu virus in the onion. The onions obviously absorbed all the bacteria and thereby kept the family healthy.

Now, I sent this story to a friend in Oregon who regularly contributes material to me on health issues. She replied with this most interesting experience about onions:

She said ‘ Thanks for the reminder. I don’t know about the farmer’s story but, I do know that I myself got pneumonia and became very ill. From my previous knowledge about onions, I  cut both ends off an onion put it into an empty jar, and place the jar next to myself over night.

By the morning, I began to feel better while the onion became black.’

Lots of times when we have stomach problems we don’t know what to blame. Maybe the onions that we ate earlier are to blame.

*Onions ABSORB BACTERIA* and that is the reason why they are so good at preventing us from getting *colds & flu*

And for that very reason we should NOT eat an onion that has been sitting for a time after it has *been cut open.*

*Left over onions are poisonous*

When food poisoning is reported, the first thing the officials look for is whether the ‘victim’  ate *ONIONS* and where those onions came from. Most probably the *ONIONS,* are the cause.

*Onions are huge magnets* for bacteria, especially uncooked ones.

*Never ever keep a portion of sliced onion over a period of time and thereafter use it to prepare food. It’s not even safe if you put it in a zip-lock bag and placed it in your refrigerator. It is still poisonous*

Also, do not give onions to dogs. Their stomachs cannot metabolize onions.

*Please remember it is dangerous to cut an onion and try to save it to cook with the next day, it becomes highly poisonous for even a single night – as it creates toxic bacteria which causes adverse stomach infections because of excess bile secretions and even food poisoning.*

Let as many as possible people know this.

Alot of people believe they are or have done you a favour by accepting to join the business opportunity you have  introduced to them.

Such people at the end of the day, sit layed back thinking you owe them ( ENTILEMENT MENTALITY ) if you must cross over to the other side of anything in life, you must know that certain decisions in your life must be taking by you and it is called (SENSE OF PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY) .This is why an average poor man thinks a wealthy man is stingy. (POOR MAN THINKING) because he feels he should be helped. It is time to rise up and build your business.

People stumble into riches but NOBODY stumbles into WEALTH.  You must go thru a process to arrive at your desired wealthy place. You must work to fullfil your destiny. Laziness is not  acceptable in your journey to success.

Tic toc tic toc 2017 is knocking ✊at your door already and you must make up your mind to change your thinking partern, drop the mediocre mentality as 2016 comes to an end. Appraise  yourself. Ask yourself how well you have tried to improve yourself and your business. Nobody helps anyone to be successful. You are only showed the way to success. It is left to you to walk on that road. And dont think the road is smooth. You will have bends, speed breaks, distractions, evil cheer leaders, well wishers and yourself. Be focussed and let your eyes be on the prize which is i must and will be WEALTHY.

Remember wealthy people build systems in place whereby after they have left the earth, the systems built by them is impacting lives. What you have in your bank account today is a tip of the iceberge only if you make up your mind to drop all the things that have hindered you from progressing in your business.

The truth is that people are still earning and will continue to earn. Do yourself the honour in 2017 among those whose lives will change for the best only by changing your MINDSET.

Financial Intelligence:;

*SO FINALLY I FINISHED MY ARTICLE ON MONEY*

@famouz_fmp

*Money Mistake 1*

Never borrow money that accrues interest to start a business . That is to say, never borrow money to start a business expecting that the business will generate income to pay back the borrowed money plus the interest.

*Money Mistake 2*

Never spend money you haven’t received. Don’t eve promise someone money based on a promise you have from someone else. If someone tells you: “Ezra, come to my office tomorrow at 9am and pick #30K”don’t go out to buy items on credit based on this promise, with the hope that you will pay off your creditor when the promised money comes; it may not come as promised and this will leave you in problems with your creditors.

*Money Mistakes 3*

If you want to save, whenever you receive money, don’t start spending hoping that you’ll save what remains. Normally what remains is zero because as long as money to spend is available, the numerous things you can spend it on are also available. And things to spend on even incite their ‘relatives’ so that you spend even more than you had planned. When money to spend is not available, we naturally find a way of doing without it. That’s why I’ve learnt to save with an INVESTMENT CLUB. Once I send money there I assume I no longer have it. Before you spend any money, put your savings aside then spend what is left after saving.

*Money Mistake 4*

When you get an opportunity to meet a very wealthy person, never ask for money. Ask for ideas on how to make money. They may even choose to give you money on their own after seeing that your ideas are great, but let getting money from them never be your objective.
*Money Mistake 5*

Keeping your seed instead of planting it. Many people stop at saving. It’s very, very difficult to save and have all you need to maintain your lifestyle especially after retirement. When you save, your savings are seed; plant it. When you just keep the seed (saving money) some seeds begin to die (eaten by inflation and the like). That’s why I recommend that you read about the different types of investment vehicles you can use to grow your savings. I am not necessarily talking about putting the money in a business, because you can easily lose money in  business. I am talking about putting it in an investment.

*Money Mistake 6*

Never lend someone money you are not willing to lose. By the time you lend someone money, be contented in your heart that should the person fail to pay, you will not die. You should not even lose that person’s friendship if they fail to repay the money you lent them. If you feel the person might fail to pay you and this will not affect your relationship with them, then lend them money. If their failure to pay would make you hate this person’s entire clan, please advise the person to go to the bank.

*Money Mistake 7*

Never append your signature to guarantee someone on a financial matter if you are not willing or able to pay the money on their behalf. Do I have to explain that one? No, it’s self-explanatory.
*Money Mistake 8*

Avoid keeping money you don’t intend to use in the short-term within easy reach. For instance, don’t walk with #100K in your pocket when all you plan to do in a day costs #20K. Like I mentioned in Money Mistake 3, there are always expenses available to gobble any money that is within reach, so if you don’t want to lose it, put it away in a safe place.

*Money Mistake 9*

Avoid keeping money in inappropriate places e.g. in socks, under the pillow, in a pit, in the sitting room, in the bra, in a travel bag that you will place somewhere in a bus … impulse buying is a devil that will keep you busy!

*Money Mistake 10*

Spending money on an item that you can do without (at least for the time being). These days when I pick money from my pocket or wallet, before paying for something I ask myself: What would happen if I didn’t buy this? If I find I can live with the consequences of not having that thing, I smile and walk away.

*Money Mistake 11*

Paying an amount for something that’s not the minimum you can get that same value for. In other words, if you are along east Legon road and you pay #5K for a shoe that you can get at #3K at Makola  market, that’s a money mistake except for those who have achieved financial freedom.

*Money Mistake 12:*

Consistently spending all you earn or more than you earn. It’s like having a drum where you have an inlet that’s smaller than the outlet. It will never get full. And should the inlet ever reduce significantly the drum will run dry. If you do it the other way round and the inlet is bigger, it will get full and even overflow. Hence, we have to always ensure we are widening the inlet while narrowing the outlet – all the time. Your side hustle comes in handy!
*Money Mistake 13:*

Thinking about short-term only and forgetting about long-term or thinking about the long-term and forgetting about the short-term. For instance, Lydia was told that there’s money in land. She saved money over a long period of time and bought 30 acres of land. Now she has the land but she is always broke. She is always complaining. She’s disgruntled and she doesn’t seem to see herself earning from the land in the near future. Now, let’s ask ourselves: Having 30 acres of land and no money to feed your family or take a child to hospital, is that wealth or poverty? I think Lydia only looked at long-term needs and forgot that she has short-term needs that require money. What of those who find they are one paycheck away from salary? Are they thinking about the long-term needs?
Let’s take stock of our finances. How many mistakes are you guilty of? Do you now feel better-equipped to do better with these tips? Good luck, savers! Share this knowledge with your friends because it will not benefit you if you are selfish with it.

God bless you as you work on your financial prudence.

Reminder::

—Very powerful story—
There were only 15 minutes left before Salat-ul Isha.
He quickly made Wudhu and performed Salat-ul Maghrib.
While making Tasbih, he again remembered his grandmother and was embarrassed by how he had prayed.
His grandmother prayed with such tranquillity and peace.
He began making Dua and went down to make Sajdah and stayed like that for a while.
He had been at work all day and was tired, so tired.
He awoke abruptly to the sound of noise and shouting.
He was sweating profusely.
He looked around.
It was very crowded.
Every direction he looked in was filled with people.
Some stood frozen looking around, some were running left and right and some were on their knees with their heads in their hands just waiting.
Pure fear and apprehension filled him as he realized where he was.
His heart was about to burst.
It was the Day of Judgment.
When he was alive, he had heard many things about the questioning on the Day of Judgment, but that seemed so long ago.
Could this be something his mind made up?
No, the wait and the fear were so great that he could not have imagined this.
The interrogation was still going on.
He began moving frantically from people to people to ask if his name had been called.
No one could answer him.
All of a sudden his name was called and the crowd split into two and made

a passageway for him.
Two angels grabbed his arms and led him forward.
He walked with unknowing eyes through the crowd.
The angels brought him to the centre and left him there.
His head was bent down and his whole life was passing in front of his eyes like a movie.
He opened his eyes but saw only another world.
The people were all helping others.
He saw his father running from one lecture to the other, spending his wealth in the way of Islam.
His mother invited guests to their house and one table was being set while the other was being cleared.
He pleaded his case,
‘I too was always on this path.
I helped others.
I spread the word of Allah.
I performed my Salah.
I fasted in the month of Ramadhan.
Whatever Allah ordered us to do, I did.
Whatever he ordered us not to do, I did not.’
He began to cry and think about how much he loved Allah.
He knew that whatever he had done in life would be less than what Allah deserved and his only protector was Allah He was sweating like never before and was shaking all over.
His eyes were fixed on the scale, waiting for the final decision.
At last, the decision was made.
The two angels with sheets of paper in their hands, turned to the crowd.
His legs felt like they were going to collapse.
He closed his eyes as they began to read the names of those people who were to enter Jahannam.
His name was read first.
He fell on his knees and yelled that this couldn’t be, ’How could I go to Jahannam?
I served others all my life, I spread the word of Allah to others’.
His eyes had become blurry and he was shaking with sweat.
The two angels took him by the arms.
As his feet dragged, they went through the crowd and advanced toward the blazing flames of Jahannam.
He was yelling and wondered if there was any person who was going to help

him. He was yelling of all the good deeds he had done, how he had helped his father, his fasts, prayers, the Noble Qur’an that he read, he was asking if none of them would help him.
The Jahannam angels continued to drag him.
They had gotten closer to the Hellfire.
He looked back and these were his last pleas.
Had not Rasulullah [SAW] said,
‘How clean would a person be who bathes in a river five times a day, so too does the Salah performed five times cleanse someone of their sins’?
He began yelling,
‘My prayers? My prayers? My prayers.?’
The two angels did not stop, and they came to the edge of the abyss of Jahannam.
The flames of the fire were burning his face.
He looked back one last time, but his eyes were dry of hope and he had nothing left in him.
One of the angels pushed him in.
He found himself in the air and falling towards the flames.
He had just fallen five or six feet when a hand grabbed him by the arm and pulled him back.
He lifted his head and saw an old man with a long white beard.
He wiped some dust off himself and asked him,
‘Who are you?’
The old man replied,
‘I am your prayers’.
‘Why are you so late! I was almost in the Fire!
You rescued me at the last minute before I fell in’.
The old man smiled and shook his head, ’You always performed me at the last minute, did you forget?’
At that instant, he blinked and lifted his head from Sajdah.
He was in a sweat.
He listened to the voices coming from outside.
He heard the Adhan for Salat-ul Isha.
He got up quickly and went to perform Wudhu.
Pass this on to your friends and family… …
Maybe, you can help someone open their eyes.
And who knows?
Maybe, this is a good deed that can help you during the day of judgement.

Johns Hopkins Update

This is an extremely good article

Everyone should read it.
AFTER YEARS OF TELLING PEOPLE CHEMOTHERAPY IS THE ONLY WAY TO TRY (‘TRY’, BEING THE KEY WORD) TO ELIMINATE CANCER, JOHNS HOPKINS IS FINALLY STARTING TO TELL YOU THERE IS AN ALTERNATIVE WAY ..
Cancer Update from Johns Hopkins:
1. Every person has cancer cells in the body.. These cancer cells do not show up in the standard tests until they have multiplied to a few billion. When doctors tell cancer patients that there are no more cancer cells in their bodies after treatment, it just means the tests are unable to detect the cancer cells because they have not reached the detectable size.
2. Cancer cells occur between 6 to more than 10 times in a

person’s lifetime.
3. When the person’s immune system is strong the cancer

cells will be destroyed and prevented from multiplying and forming tumors.
4. When a person has cancer it indicates the person has

nutritional deficiencies. These could be due to genetic,

but also to environmental, food and lifestyle factors.
5. To overcome the multiple nutritional deficiencies, changing diet to eat more adequately and healthy, 4-5 times/day and by including supplements will strengthen the immune system.
6. Chemotherapy involves poisoning the rapidly-growing

cancer cells and also destroys rapidly-growing healthy cells in the bone marrow, gastrointestinal tract etc., and can cause organ damage, like liver, kidneys, heart, lungs etc.

7. Radiation while destroying cancer cells also burns, scars and damages healthy cells, tissues and organs.
8. Initial treatment with chemotherapy and radiation will often reduce tumor size.

However prolonged use of chemotherapy and radiation do not result in more tumor destruction.
9.. When the body has too much toxic burden from

chemotherapy and radiation the immune system is either

compromised or destroyed, hence the person can succumb to various kinds of infections and complications.
10. Chemotherapy and radiation can cause cancer cells to mutate and become resistant and difficult to destroy. Surgery can also cause cancer cells to spread to other sites.
11. An effective way to battle cancer is to starve the cancer

cells by not feeding it with the foods it needs to multiply.
*CANCER CELLS FEED ON:
a. Sugar substitutes like NutraSweet, Equal, Spoonful, etc. are made with Aspartame and it is harmful. A better natural substitute would be Manuka honey or molasses, but only in very small amounts. Table salt has a chemical added to make it white in color Better alternative is Bragg’s aminos or sea salt.
b. Milk causes the body to produce mucus, especially in the gastro-intestinal tract. Cancer feeds on mucus.. By cutting off milk and substituting with unsweetened soy milk cancer cells are being starved.
c. Cancer cells thrive in an acid environment. A meat-based diet is acidic. Meat also contains livestock antibiotics, growth hormones and parasites, which are all harmful, especially to people with cancer.
d.. A diet made of 80% fresh vegetables and juice, whole

grains, seeds, nuts and a little fruits help put the body into

an alkaline environment. About 20% can be from cooked food including beans. Fresh vegetable juices provide live enzymes that are easily absorbed and reach down to cellular levels within 15 minutes to nourish and enhance growth of healthy cells. To obtain live enzymes for building healthy cells try and drink fresh vegetable juice (most vegetables including bean sprouts) and eat some raw vegetables 2 or 3 times a day. Enzymes are destroyed at

temperatures of 104 degrees F (40 degrees C)..
e. Avoid coffee, tea, and chocolate, which have high

caffeine Green tea is a better alternative and has cancer

fighting properties. Water-best to drink purified water, or

filtered, to avoid known toxins and heavy metals in tap

water. Distilled water is acidic, avoid it.
12. Meat protein is difficult to digest and requires a lot of

digestive enzymes. Undigested meat remaining in the intestines becomes putrefied and leads to more toxic buildup.
13.. Cancer cell walls have a tough protein covering. By

refraining from meat it frees more enzymes to attack the protein walls of cancer cells and allows the

body’s killer cells to destroy the cancer cells.
14. Some supplements build up the immune system

(IP6, Flor-ssence, Essiac, anti-oxidants, vitamins, minerals,

EFAs etc.) to enable the body’s own killer cells to destroy cancer cells.. Other supplements like vitamin E are known to cause apoptosis, or programmed cell death, the body’s normal method of disposing of damaged, unwanted, or unneeded cells.
15. Cancer is a disease of the mind, body, and spirit.
A proactive and positive spirit will help the cancer warrior

be a survivor. Anger, unforgiveness and bitterness put the body into a stressful and acidic environment. Learn to have a loving and forgiving spirit. Learn to relax and enjoy life.
16. Cancer cells cannot thrive in an oxygenated

environment. Exercising daily, and deep breathing help to

get more oxygen down to the cellular level. Oxygen therapy is another means employed to destroy cancer cells.

Seven (7) Mistakes Successful People Don’t Make Again
This is your life and you only get one of them. Make it count.
Kimanzi Constable October 18, 2016
Success often comes from the knowledge and experience you receive when you make mistakes. We are human and are bound to make mistakes—and in that moment, when nothing seems to be working out, you can decide to give in to what you feel or you can learn and move forward.

Successful people don’t let mistakes hold them back from taking the necessary action required to hit their big life goals. They view mistakes as invaluable life lessons and experiences that shape who they are. They also learn what not to do again.

Here are seven mistakes successful people have experienced, learned from and won’t repeat.

1. Successful people don’t allow toxic relationships into their life.
The relationships in your life are an indicator of your success. As Jim Rohn said, “You’re the average of the five people you spend the most time with.” The negative relationships will drag you down to their level. The positive ones will push you further than you felt like you could go. If you want to make this one of the most successful phases in your life, evaluate the relationships that are in your life. Get honest about who needs to go. Don’t make the mistake of allowing toxic relationships to stunt any progress toward your success goals.

2. Successful people don’t spend years doing work that doesn’t fulfill them.
Most of us will spend at least 40 hours per week in some form of work. It can be a traditional job or a business, but if what you’re doing during those 40 hours doesn’t fulfill you, it will affect every other area of your life. Before you know it, you’ve given years of your life to something that is slowly eating away at your resolve and determination to live a better life. It’s not easy—especially in our current economy—to find work that fulfills you and pays well, but nothing that’s worth it comes easy. Spend time finding or creating work that supports the kind of life you want to live and one that gives you freedom.

3. Successful people don’t let doubt and fear dictate their choices.

Doubt and fear are a normal part of anyone’s life. But your reactions to these emotions will affect your success journey. Successful people make decisions from a place of value and strength. They know what values are most important to them and make decisions that align with those values. Doubt and fear are not a factor when they are making decisions.

4. Successful people don’t chase other people’s dreams.
It’s natural to want what seems and feels like success. You see someone else do something and you want that for your life. But dreams, goals and freedom have to be personal. You have to figure out what your dreams are and why they are important to you. Successful people don’t waste time and energy on shiny objects. Don’t let the allure of someone else’s dream derail you from discovering yours.

5. Successful people don’t underestimate the power of physical fitness.
What you eat and how active you are has an effect on the energy you have and that will affect how to tackle your goals. Your physical fitness is closely tied to your success journey. Successful people make their fitness and health a priority because they realize it’s one of the keys to living a long and happy life. It goes beyond just maintaining your fitness; harness the power that comes when you are in tune with your body.

6. Successful people don’t do things they know they don’t want to do.
There are a lot of things you could be doing, and even things that seem important but aren’t if you were honest with yourself. Successful people cut those things out of their life and make it a point to create a life of freedom. They spend each moment on the things that lead to and support the kind of life they want to live. Time is precious and life is short. Don’t waste either on the things you don’t want or need to do.

7. Successful people don’t copy someone else who is successful.
It’s natural to want to mimic or even copy success. Those who are successful see the value in modeling success, but they understand copying won’t produce the same results. Just because something worked for someone else doesn’t mean it will work the same way for you. Your goals, dreams and aspirations have to be personal.

Learn from your mistakes. We all make them and will continue making them for the rest of our lives—so view them as life lessons. The key is to not repeat where you stumbled before. Fall and get back up determined to work on your goals harder.

Who is this man?

In the corner of the marketplace of Madinah, was a blind Jewish beggar, who would cry out daily to all those who came near him,

“O my brothers, don’t go near Muhammad He’s a lunatic, he’s a liar, a sorcerer!

If you are to be close to him, you will be influenced by him!”
The news about the blind Jewish beggar’s daily cursing and badmouthing came to the knowledge of the messanger of Allah (peace be upon him). Even then,  didn’t get angry, he just carried on ignoring the blind Jewish beggar’s insults against himself.

The messanger of Allah (pbuh) started visiting the blind beggar and would feed him with his own hands; without saying a single word, every morning.

The blind beggar would chew the food being fed to him and eat contentedly. Once he was full, he’d express his gratitude without knowing that the one who had fed him was the messenger of Allah (pbuh). The messenger of Allah (pbuh) continued to feed the blind beggar without fail each day until the day He (pbuh) passed onto the next life.

Throughout his service to the blind beggar, he never identified himself to the blind Jewish beggar. After the messenger of Allah (pbuh) had passed away, no one brought food to the blind beggar anymore!

One day, the closest Companion of the messenger of Allah (pbuh), Saiyidina Abu Bakar As Siddiq (pbuh) visited the home of his daughter, Sayidina Ayesha (pbuh)‎‎.

Abu Bakr  (pbuh) asked Ayesha  (pbuh), “O my child, is there any habit of my beloved messenger of Allah (pbuh) that I have yet to carry on?”

Ayesha  (pbuh) replied, “Dear Father, you are verily a follower of the Sunnah of the messenger of Allah (pbuh) and there is none that you have yet to do except for one deed only!”

“What is that?” asked Abu Bakr (pbuh)

“Every morning, the messenger of Allah (pbuh) would go to the end of the marketplace, bringing food to a blind old Jewish beggar who lives there and feed him by his hand,” said Aishah (pbuh)

The next day, Abu Bakar As Siddiq ( pbuh) went to the marketplace with food for the blind beggar. Abu Bakar As Siddiq (pbuh) approached the beggar and started to feed him.

At the first handfull of food being fed to him, the blind Jewish beggar became angry and shouted out, “Who are you?”

Abu Bakr  (pbuh) answered “I am the one who usually feeds you every morning”.

“No!… Don’t you lie to me!” objected the blind beggar.

Abu Bakr  (pbuh)‎‎ was shocked, thus he asked “Why do you say so?”

The blind Jewish beggar answered, “Because when he comes to me, I always feel it’s easy to hold his hand and find it easy to chew the food he feeds me. The man who used to feed me, would make the food fine before feeding it to me!”

Abu Bakar As Siddiq  (pbuh) could not hold back his tears anymore and burst out crying. He had to disclose who he actually was to the beggar. “Verily, I am not the one who used to come and feed you. I am one of his Companions for the noble one is alive no more! He was none other than the messenger of Allah (pbuh)

“Muhammad?” asked the blind old Jewish beggar, totally shocked with what he had just heard. “You mean to tell me that the one who came each morning without fail and fed me by his hand was Muhammad?” asked the beggar.

“Yes! It was Muhammad (pbuh)!” answered Abu Bakr  (pbuh)

Immediately, the blind old Jewish beggar wailed out in despair and cried so pitifully coming to realise that it was none other than the messenger of Allah (pbuh) who had been feeding him all the while.

“All this time!…all this time, I had been cursing him, I had been slandering him! Not once did he ever scold me! He kept coming every morning to feed me! He was so noble!..” cried the old blind Jewish beggar, wiping away his flowing tears.

The blind beggar reached out to Saiyidina Abu Bakar As Siddiq  (pbuh)‎‎ the first Caliph of the Muslims and testified before him the Kalimah Shahadah.

‘Ash ha doo Allah ila ha ill lallLah! Wa ash ha doo anna Muhammad darrRasulullah!’ declaring that There is No God but Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah.
